Make summer memorable by mixing up one of David’s favorite libations—Belvedere macerated vodkas shaken with fresh nectars and juices and topped with a splash of champagne. These easy and festive cocktails will add to the celebration of summer—what better way to enjoy the longest days of the year?

Belvedere Pomarańcza and Belvedere Cytrus vodkas begin at Polmos Zyrardow, the Belvedere distillery in Poland, before being sent across the continent to Southwest France. Once in France, the spirit is macerated (or steeped) with fresh citrus peel to unlock the fruit’s essential oils, where the most intense and complex flavor lies. When the perfect flavor profile is achieved, each fruit maceration is distilled over low and gentle heat. Finally, the distillates are blended to achieve the harmonies of natural flavor found in each of the macerated vodkas. After this final blending both the Pomarańcza and Cytrus are returned to Poland where they go through a final filtration, and blending with purified and distilled water.

2 oz fresh lemonade
1 oz peach nectar
½ oz mango nectar
1 peach slice
In an ice filled martini shaker, add Belvedere Vodka, lemonade, peach, and mango nectar. Shake well and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a slice of peach.

Splash of Mandarin Syrup
Champagne
orange or lime twist
In an ice filled shaker add Pomarańcza and mandarin syrup. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Top with a splash of Champagne. Garnish with an orange or lime twist
